About Me

   Aly Sweet (yes that is her real name) began doing acroyoga in 2016 by accident. After the initial shock, Aly fell in love. She found personal growth and joy in building balance, strength, and partnership.


After years of playing, training, and helping guide new practitioners at jams, Aly became an AcroLove certified teacher in 2020. She is passionate about sharing her love of acroyoga and growing her community.

Join this class for playful movement experiences, increased strength, and instruction on fundamental acrobatic movements.

  • You will be grouped with 2-3 other participants of your same level upon arrival.

Acroyoga Jam at AcroSports — Wednesday 7:30pm-9:30pm

Enjoy open space to work on your acroyoga practice. Find new partners and meet new people to jam with! You must work with spotters when practicing with new partners or developing skills. The space also offers a variety of mats for safe progressions.


  • This is not a class, but there is an instructor present for advice and safety
  • Vaccination required.

All Levels Acroyoga at Mission Cliffs — Thursday 7:15–8:45pm

Join this class for instruction on fundamental acroyoga poses and transitions, increased strength and balance, and a playful movement experience. Build communication skills, trust, and community while having a blast.


It is the perfect compliment to climbing, yoga, or any other physical practice. All levels are welcome. There is no need to attend with a partner - you will be grouped with other participants of your same level upon arrival.
